My career started in financial services, where working closely with customers helped me understand the problems people face when using financial products. I became interested in finding better ways to solve those problems, which eventually led me into product management.
Over the years, I have worked on payment solutions, financial technology and digital products, helping turn ideas into products used by businesses and customers. I have also explored the world of entrepreneurship as Co-founder and Head of Product at The Circlesapp Ltd, where I helped build products from the ground up, including AI-powered solutions.
I enjoy being involved in the entire process: spotting a problem, exploring an idea, understanding what people need and working with others to build something useful. I am particularly interested in AI, how it is changing the way we work and the opportunities it creates for people and businesses.
Away from building products, I write about technology, AI, customer experience, entrepreneurship and the career lessons that rarely make it into a job description.
